SHIPPING POLICY

We offer shipping for dried flowers and non-perishable items, excluding live plants and fresh flowers. Orders are shipped within 1–3 business days from the date of order processing.

DELIVERY POLICY

We provide delivery for all items:

Free Delivery: Available only in Celebration, FL.

Delivery Fees: For locations outside Celebration, FL, and within a 20 - mile radius, delivery fees are calculated based on mileage.

Custom Delivery Quote: For locations beyond the 20 - mile radius, please contact us for a custom delivery quote.

PICK-UP POLICY

All items are available for pick-up in Celebration, FL. Once your order is placed, we will provide the pick-up address or coordinate collection during our scheduled pop-up markets.

 

Pick-Up Timing:

Fresh Flowers: Must be picked up within 24 hours of receiving the notification that your order is ready.

Non-Perishable Items: Must be picked up within 5 days of notification.

 

Pick-Up Note:
Pick-up times will be coordinated directly with you to ensure convenience. Alternatively, pick-up can also be arranged during our scheduled pop-up market hours.

 

ADDITIONAL NOTES

 

Flower Arrangements

 

Advance Notice: Please place orders for flower arrangements at least 48 hours before the desired date. We strive to accommodate urgent requests whenever possible. If you need an exception to this policy, contact us directly—we’re here to help.

Seasonal Availability: Our arrangements feature a wide variety of fresh and beautiful flowers. However, flower selection may vary due to seasonal availability and market conditions. If your chosen flowers are unavailable, we will substitute with suitable alternatives of equal or greater value to ensure your arrangement is just as stunning. Thank you for your understanding.
